Loved the duck parade and the charming lobby decor. The bathroom was on the small side and felt cramped. Overall, a unique experience.

Stunning lobby, impressive duck fountain. Helpful staff, great city views. Ideal location near museums and the ballpark. The car park is ample, avoiding valet fees, though it’s a trek to the hotel. The restaurant? Disappointing. Service lacked finesse, cleanliness faltered, and the food didn’t impress. A shame for a venue boasting high standards. Customer service, particularly at the bar and bakery, felt lacking. I expected better. Rooms are attractive but thin walls and awkward bathrooms hinder comfort. This historic hotel mixes charm with frustration. Positive aspects shine, yet persistent service issues need addressing. The duck walk is a highlight, but for a seamless stay? Improvements are necessary.

The duck march twice a day is just adorable and a must-see! I felt so welcomed by the amazing staff and enjoyed the delicious breakfast at Capriccio. Plus, the spa with a sauna and heated pool was the perfect way to unwind!
Can recommend! 🦆❤️

I woke up Sunday to a complete power outage—no shower, no brunch, and definitely no relaxing by the pool. It was frustrating not knowing when things would be back to normal, especially during such a busy time!

Early check-in was a breeze, thanks to Ken at the front desk resolving our parking issue. Enjoying drinks in the lobby while waiting for the duck march was a highlight, as was chatting with the Duck Master. The hotel’s charm and history are captivating, but I was disappointed by the cramped bathroom and limited restaurant options. The Italian restaurant was underwhelming, and the parking situation could definitely improve. Had a blast exploring nearby Beale Street, and the unique shops added appeal. The room service breakfast, complete with duck-shaped butter, was a delightful touch!

Upon arriving at The Peabody, I was thrilled by the luxurious size of our Exec King room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I felt like I was sleeping on marshmallows. The location of the hotel was superb, making it easy to access nearby attractions. I was disappointed to find that the room lacked essential amenities such as an ironing facility and a trouser press. The heating and air conditioning system also seemed outdated and didn't work efficiently, leaving the room either too cold or too warm at times. The carpet in the room appeared tired and in need of a deep clean, which made me hesitant to walk on it barefoot. the bathroom was small, and the shower liner was dirty, with wads of hair stuck to the walls. It was challenging to adjust the shower head for proper cleaning due to its static position. The lack of a coffee unit and fridge in the room was also a letdown, considering the high nightly rate and spacious room size. The traditional duck parade was a charming highlight of our stay, adding a unique touch to the overall experience. Despite these positive aspects, I believe that attention to detail in room maintenance and the addition of essential amenities could greatly enhance the guest experience at The Peabody.

The hotel is only a couple of blocks from the lively music on Beale Street and surrounded by amazing dining options and attractions like the Rendezvous BBQ and the Peabody Ducks, which are super fun to watch; I loved being able to stroll around downtown and enjoy the historic charm while easily visiting places like the Memphis Rock 'n' Soul Museum and the National Civil Rights Museum, it made my weekend feel so fulfilling and enjoyable! The hotel itself had a great ambiance and live piano music in the lobby, but the parking could use some improvement.

I bought way too many rubber ducks but couldn't resist the Peabody Logo Shop. The Feathers Spa had me smelling like a freshly picked rose. I tried the Vichy Shower Bed and felt like a royal duck.
I felt like I needed a second mortgage to afford the extras.

The location is perfect for hitting the main attractions and the rooms are spacious and clean with all the basics covered like good toiletries and a nice coffee maker. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to questions and requests we had during our stay.
It wasn't the cheapest option available but the service and overall experience make it worth the price.

The room was beautifully furnished, featuring high-quality finishes and a comfortable bed that allowed for a restful sleep. Temperature control worked well, maintaining a pleasant atmosphere. The bathroom was a highlight, with a hot shower and a marble-topped dressing area, which added a touch of luxury. the noise from the service lifts next door was disruptive during the first night. The overall ambiance was lovely, but I did notice some mildew on the shower curtain that should be addressed. Despite a few concerns, the experience in the room was generally enjoyable and inviting.

The staff greets you like family; The view from my room was killer and we could see the fireworks from the nearby game!
The bathroom is so tiny it should come with a warning label.

Our Easter stay was made enjoyable by the friendly staff and the cozy beds. The ambience was delightful, and we loved browsing the on-site shops. The location, just a few blocks from the vibrant street, was convenient for exploring the city's attractions.
There were some downsides during our visit. Check-in was slow, and the pricing process felt confusing with unexpected charges.

The children were delighted by the gigantic CMOM children's blocks, creating a fun learning experience. Mirimichi golf course founded by Justin Timberlake provided a top-notch golfing experience for the whole family.
My wife says that the kids' play area could be improved.

Staff were so nice & helpful! Loved how there were restaurants onsite & a grand lobby. The historic vibe with cute ducks was a special touch. Location was ideal for sightseeing & had ample amenities available.
Room lacked modern basics like a fridge & coffee maker. Bed was stiff & extra taxes were frustrating.

From the moment we arrived at this historic hotel, we knew we were in for something special. The staff at the restaurant went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable and even surprised me with a birthday gift. The Duck Master, Kenon, made our stay truly unforgettable with his personal interactions. The Peabody lived up to its luxury reputation, with beautiful surroundings and exceptional customer service.
Some minor cleanliness issues in the room, but it didn't overshadow the overall experience.
